We have everything you would need i. e washing machine, cooker, large fridge/freezer, good central heating system, number of drying racks (clothes), ironing facilities etc
The house feels like a home as opposed to a flat share.

It is a 5 minute walk to the tube station and two minutes from the high street including a large Tesco's.
There is residents parking outside the flat.
The street is extremely safe, as is the walk home from the station at any time of the day/night.
Finchley central is the tube which is on the Northern line, which is a 25-30 mins journey to Bank/Waterloo.
The night/24 hr bus stop is just at the end of the road and there are a number from central London.
There are also buses during the day to anywhere and everywhere, there are a number of bus stops on the high street.

The two other residents of the house are extremely friendly and are great housemates - clean (incredibly clean! ) respectful and also great to chat to.

The room available is the largest in the flat with a double bed, large wardrobes, shelving units, desk and a huge window overlooking a garden. It has plain carpets and cream walls so you can really make the room your own.

The rent is A600 pcm (not including bills) and the bills are split between the 3 housemates each month. We have virgin media which includes basic channels and fast speed internet.

A deposit of one month's rent would also be required.
