The house has 3 bathrooms, living room, 2 kitchens, basement, hallway, utility and large back garden. It has everything you would need i. e washing machine, dryer, cooker, large fridge/freeze, kitchen utensils, ironing facilities etc. It has two showers and one bath. It has gas central heating and constant hot water.

It is a 5 minute walk to the tube station and two minutes from the high street including a large Tesco’s. It is beside a lovely park and I am a member of the local tennis club. (Membership maybe transferable)

There is street parking outside with no permit requirement. (Free Parking). The Street is extremely safe, as is the walk home from the station at any time of the day/night.

Finchley central is the tube which is on the Northern line, which is a 25-30 mins journey to Bank/Waterloo. The night/24 hr bus stop is just at the end of the road and there are a number from central London. There are also buses during the day to anywhere and everywhere, there are a number of bus stops on the high street.

The house feels like a home and the people are genuine, extremely friendly and great housemates.
The room available is medium sized with a new double bed.

The rent is £450 pcm (including Council Tax but not including bills) and the bills are split between the housemates each month. A deposit of one month’s rent and month in advance would also be required. The bills include Virgin TV and Internet (50 Mb super fast) Broadband, Gas, Electricity and a Cleaner (Averages about £30 each per month)
