MY DOUBLE ROOM IS STILL AVAILABLE. hi I have a well presented double bedroom with 2 built in wardrobes. chest of drawers. 2 bedside cabinets and a double bed all in good clean working order. the property is near local shops and about 1 mile form town center. felixstowe docks is also near by. the ideal tenant would be a working person. the room has cable tv and internet access. you would have the use of the whole house and would be sharing with one 44 year old male ( me), the house is in good clean order thoughout. there is plenty of parking available. please feel free to ask any questions. £80 PER WEEK & one weeks deposit or £346 per month with deposit.
