This is a big single room with a double bed with a wide window that gives view to the front garden. It comes with 2 desks and a wardrobe and chest drawers. The house has 1 complete bathroom with power shower and a half bathroom downstairs, big kitchen and big living room.

Bills are excluded; (around 15 pounds a month). We have great internet with virgin media (fibre optic) and television.

The house is shared with 2 other girls really calm and fun. They are sociable but also respect the space.

The house is completely equipped and has washing machine and tumble drier. Kitchenware and others are on great condition.

If you're a student there is a bus outside the house and takes 10 min. to downtown or walking takes 25min. through the park. Parking space available.

Farnham train station takes you straight to central london. Also popular to drive from the A3.

We have a Tesco express with a 5min. walk open until 10 everyday including sundays, and a large Tesco 10min. drive.
