Hiya we are looking for another student to share our house next year, at the moment we are four 2nd year art students really friendly and easy going.
The room we are looking to fill is really nice, its on the ground floor comes furnished with a nice desk and set of shelves. Its just had a gorgeous new bed put in and gets lots of light in the daytime. The rent includes water bills and a cleaner that comes every two weeks to do the kitchen/living area and bathrooms.
The rest of the house has a shower room and a bathroom, two toilets, a really big garden. A kitchen/living area that a really good size for five people to all cook in!
We are on chapel terrace which is right next to the centre of town and 10mins from uni, so pretty convinient really.
