From the house it is a 5 minute walk to the canal or river side, there is a lot of usable outdoor space nearby, part of the cycle route network that continues to grow around Exeter is just around the corner from the front door. We are keen outdoor enthuiasts and are usually getting out doing something Outdoors in our spare time.
