This is a beautiful propety situated between ide and dunchideock just 3miles from Exeter. We are currently advertising a room for either two singletons or a couple as our current housemates are moving out and getting married! I love this house, the location and everything surrounding it. It is a stunning 6 bed house located on a farm. Myself and my housmate Alex are looking for two people who enjoy similar interests… nights out/ live gigs, camping, music, log fires and monopoly hehe ;) obviously there is more to us than that but quickly they are a few. Alex is 28 and a full-time plumber and I am 23 and work as a support worker with people with autism also full-time. We are looking for two lovely people who can inject our home with something new and fun, that are in full-time employment and who are going to embrace all aspects of living in this magnificent location with us. Rent is 400 all in and we think its a bargain for what you get! We have a music room, three reception rooms and only the one large bathroom but we have made this work with no issues. I also have a little cat named scatty…. so if anyone is allergic or not an animal fan I would suggest not to apply. Look forward to hearing from you.
