I will leave my room on the 5th November and would like to find a nice flatmate to take it over (student or professional). The room is huge and is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV and a small coffee table.
The flat is nice and clean, it is part of a modern building located within 1 minute walk from a big Sainsbury’s store (the store is literally across the road) and less than 15 minutes walk from Epsom’s train station. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, an oven and all the usual appliances. Broadband and parking space available.
My two flatmates are 2 lovely girls. One is a 24 years old student and the other is a 22 years old professional (physiotherapist)
