We are based in the South East of England near Epsom and Cheam. The house is close to public transportation, including a train station which goes to London Victoria and bus stations to local towns. The house has other tenants and you will be living with the home owners. There is internet connection available, and most utilities bills are covered, except for the water bill, which will be spilt between tenants. You will also have full access to the kitchen and appliances along with access to the living room. The room itself is on the ground floor and is next to a bathroom and is fully furbished with a single bed.

We would preferably like female tenants, but applicants must clean up after themselves, must not smoke or drink alcohol excessively or have any bad habits, as you will be living with other people, so please be considerate.
