My friend and I are 2 young female professionals looking to rent a 3 bedroom flat on the top floor just off Eltham High Street. We are friendly people and always up for a laugh and party, but a quiet take-away night in is never a no

The flat is on Well Hall road, less than 5 mins to both high street and Eltham Railway Station. £900 pcm so £300 pcm per person. Bills not included, but between 3 it won't be much, and council tax not included, but again between 3 won't be much per month. Central heating throughout. Newly refurbished. Unfurnished - however if we put deposit down asap can keep the place for us and move in, in about a month or so to save to buy furniture. Parking permit £15 a year.

Would be £133 per person for holding deposit, and when move in £649.05 per person for 6 week deposit.
