The house is located in Eltham, on the border of Oxleas meadow, a sought after area of SE London, within 10 mns walk from Falconwood station.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and night stands. It also has a fully working fireplace (solid fuels).

The rent includes: Council tax, gas and electricity. We also offer a free wifi connection. There is a dedicated car park in front of the house (should you have a car).

The nearest train station is Falconwood: 20mn to central London (London Bridge, London Cannon Street, London Charing Cross and London Victoria). We also are close to Dartford & Bluewater.

The area is very quiet, green and has a country feel to it while being reasonably close to the city. Eltham is 5mn away by bus.

The room is suitable for a professional male or female (gay friendly) who will not be allergic to cats (we have 2). The room will become available on the 1st of November 2011. Although we are both smokers, there is a no smoking policiy for inside the house.
