The room is furnished with a double bed, built in double wardrobe and additional wardrobe.

References will be requested from your current employer and landlord together with current proof of address and photo ID.

The room is available from 2nd September and either a 6 month or 12 month tenancy is available. The rent will need to be paid monthly in advance and I will require a one month security deposit.
