The flat is on first floor of a six block. I have one bedroom for rent. It has new leather double bed, wardrobe, 2 x chests of drawers, cheval mirror, bedside table with lots of drawer space, bedside lamp, lounge chair, TV & video. All utility bills and broadband included. The seashore is 10 mins walk. There are 2 local shops, 2 chips shops, a pub, Lidle, and Iceland 5 mins walk away. There is a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool 15 mins walk away. Telford College is 10 mins walk, as is a large Morrisons. Bus stop into town 3 mins walk. There is plenty of street parking outside flat. Female only please. I am a very young 60 year old female, friendly, easy going and occupy the other bedroom. I am a smoker, and also have one cat.
