Hi I"m looking for a flatmate to share my two d/bedroom flat. The rent is 310 a month including bills (electricity + internet), 322 pounds for deposit and a one off payment for agency admin. I'm a student so I would prefer to find another student to share. professionals are accepted but will have to pay council tax on their own.
