It is a 2 bedrooms flat and it has a new kitchen equipped with everything that you need like a toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker…and it is also coming with a big new fridge with freezer compartment and with a new oven too. There is a cosy and bright living room with TV, but no TV license, but it has a DVD, a shower room with towel heating inside, toilet room and a small box room. The flat is groundfloor. HMO licensed. Gas central heating. The flat is located in Dalry area, close to Lidl supermarket, Poundplus, Food and Cooperative, FountainPark, Virgin Active Gym, Cineworld, Domino’s Pizza, Blockbuster. There are many bus stop really close to the flat and you can use a wide number of buses, 1, 2, 3, 3A, 25, 44, 4, 35, 34, and you can also go to the city centre on foot because it is less tan 15minutes walking.
I would like to live with a quite, professional and reliable person who likes living in a clean and tidy flat. No Smoker. Sorry, No Students because of CT.
The rent is £305 pcm, CT around £50 per month each.
