I am offering a double room to rent in my flat 2 bedroom flat which I stay in, the double room is fully furnished, with double bed, fitted mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawrs and computer table, I'm able to remove any of the items if not wanted.
It will be £300 pcm this includes everything! (rent, council tax, amenities, building insurance, contents insurance, factoring fees, sky, broadband)
The flat is a good size 2 bedroom flat, it has ample car parking space which is free and has a bus stop right outside for commuters into glasfow. The area is quiet.
So. a little about me, I'm a nurse and I work shifts, I'm female 22 and I like to socialise with friends.
I would prefer a female flatmate but feel free to contact me and arrange to view the flat if interested.
