We have a good sized double bedroom available in our victorian house.

The room has loads of storage, double bed, bed-side cabinet and desk.

The house has two living rooms, a large kitchen diner, nice garden with decking area and plenty of storage. It's a very spacious house with large living spaces and some original period features.

We've got fibre-optic broadband, 32" inch TV, dvd/vhs player, xbox and wii (neither of which get used much but feel free).

We are two researchers (Arran and Luke - both 25) and an architect (Helen - 26). We've just moved into the property (you might be able to tell from some photos) and are looking for someone who's sociable and friendly to live in our new home.

The area is very nice and quiet, but East Finchley high street is very close. The high street has a cinema, all kinds of shops and restaurants, as well as East Finchley tube station. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the tube through the footpaths (don't be fooled by the maps).
