This room is available now and the house is near to the East Dulwich library in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Looking for a non-smoking, eco-aware, pet friendly woman to share the house with one other woman (me! ), a 12 year old girl, a friendly dog and 2 cats. I work full-time and my daughter is usually only home on weekends and school holidays so you will have lots of time to yourself.

It is a bright double room at the back of the house, overlooking the garden so is nice and quiet. There are reasonably large front and back gardens which are planted with vegetables, fruit bushes/trees and also a bit of lawn.

The room has a built in wardrobe with a large mirror, a double bed, a small sofa and a large chest of drawers. There is a telephone point in the room and the house has wifi.

There is a garage which is used for bikes and garden tools, so you can keep you bike secure in the garage if you like. There is central heating throughout.

The kitchen is a nice size and we have managed to squeeze a dining table in! There is a washing machine, microwave and a gas/electric combi cooker.

I would want anyone moving in to pay a month's deposit and a month in advance. The rent does not include bills or council tax. Council tax is £120 per month at the moment so your share would be £60. The electricity and gas bills are usually about £60-100 every three months and the broadband/telephone is £27 per month.
