There's a 2 large double rooms (furnished) available in this fantastic houseshare in East Dulwich up for grabs from November 14th/20th. To save the guys reading on we're looking for two girls to move in to balance out the house.

Situated on Lordship Lane and set over two floors, the house comes with a good-sized lounge, a ridiculously huge 28ft kitchen, and a garden out the back that's about 50ft.

WE'VE GOT ALL THE MOD CONS: Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, TV in the kitchen, washing machine in the laundry, a big flatscreen TV in the lounge and gas c/h and double glazing throughout the house. We've also got the deluxe Virgin Media package, which has all the cable TV stations you could want (and heaps you didn't know you wanted), unlimited landline local & national phone calls and 50Mb cable broadband. There's also a Playstation 3 on the way too.

A BIT ABOUT THE DENIZENS OF THIS FAIR DWELLING: At the moment it's just the three of us, but we're looking to have 5 people (5 bedrooms) in the house in total. We're Dan (Aussie), Nick (English) and Laura (French) who are laidback, friendly and always up for a laugh/drink or ten. We are looking for like-minded people to join us to make this house a home. While we're not raging party animals (the body really can't keep up anymore! ), we still like to have the odd shindig every now and then and let our hair down. You have to be sociable to some degree - no room-dwellers please!

TRANSPORT LINKS, THANKS TO THE EVER RELIABLE TFL: We're right next to a bus stop. From here you can get the 40, 176 or 185 which take you to Victoria, Tottenham Court Road, Aldgate, Lewisham or Penge. Alternatively we have two train lines nearby: 20 minutes walk away is East Dulwich mainline, which will get you into London Bridge or West Croydon. There is also the Forest Hill Overground station, which you would have to get a bus to, which heads into Shoreditch and Croydon.

SHOPS, COZ YOU'VE GOTTA EAT: There's a Sainsbury's 5 minutes up the road, and an even bigger one next to the East Dulwich mainline station. In between there's a lot of specialty stores, like an organic butcher, cheese shop, fishmonger, etc. As you can tell, it's well classy, unlike us ;)

PUBS, SO YOU CAN UNLEASH YOUR INNER SOCIAL BUTTERFLY: There are a heap of pubs along Lordship Lane and the surrounding streets, including one pretty much on our doorstep - you're quite spoilt for choice around here!

THE DAMAGE: The important part! Rent is A550/month plus A95-A105/month bills - this includes all utilities, broadband, TV licence, council tax, local phone calls and kitty (for all the bits and bobs everyone uses, like hand soap and dishwashing detergent, because we're all about causing the extinction of MRSA). Bond is one month's rent. Move in date is flexible if you wish to move in later, but rent will have to be paid from the 14th.
