Hi there,

Unfortunately I am moving out of my room and am needing to find someone to replace me.

The house is in East Acton, about 10 minute walk to the tube station, or you can catch buses from the end of our street which include 7, 72, 283. Easy to get from town to town.

There are also several shops about 5-10 minute walk where you can buy groceries (Iceland is great/cheap), take-out, alcohol, etc and there is a large Homebase.

YOUR BEDROOM: You will be sharing the room with one of my besties, a fun, female aussie in her early twenties. The room is rather large enabling you both to have your own double beds. You will have your own wardrobe and a set of shelves. The bedroom also contains a TV.

THE HOUSE: The house is 2 levels, your bedroom on the top level along with 2 other bedrooms and the bathroom. Downstairs has one more bedroom, kitchen and lounge room. The house has a pretty big backyard making it great for bbqs in the summer along with many boozy nights.
We house has cable/digi box and a washing machine. lots of clothes racks throughout the house to dry your clothes, plus a clothesline out the back.

ROOMMATES: in total there are usually 6 people in the house. your new roomies are all aussie and kiwi, male and female, in between 22 and 27. Everyone works, ranging from retail worker, receptionist, bankers, tradie and teacher. the house usually works monday to friday so now too rowdy during the week, but definately up for some big weekends.

AVAILABILITY: The room is available pretty soon. I will be looking to move out Mid April 2011.

COST: The rent is £260 plus bills per month. Instead of paying bills at the end of the month when we haev no money we pay £60 on top of rent which covers all bills and kitty money (toilet paper, kitchen things, cleaning products, etc). plus Bond
