We're looking for a tidy, sociable male or female to live with us in our well kept 3 bed flat. Our housemate from the last 3 years has to move for a new job.

The flat is 3 bed ground floor flat, with a garden, good lounge, bathroom with shower, sky plus, internet and washing machine. Our neighbours are lovely. There's great transport links, it's 8 mins walk to Earlsfield rail, 20 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube (or 5 min on the bus), Bus routes 77 (Tooting-Waterloo), 44 (Tooting-Victoria), 270 (Tooting-Putney). It takes a couple of minutes to get to the high street, with some quality bars, coffee shops, cafe's, restaurants and a Sainsburys Local. With no word of a lie, it's statistically the safest street in the area. The room is the smaller double of the three (approx 9 foot by 8.5 foot) but you will have exclusive use of a big understairs cupboard for all your bits and pieces. The room has a double bed and good sized wardbrobe.

The £460 equates to £390 rent and £70 covers bills. The intial deposit is £450. We'd ideally like someone who's professional, relaxed and sociable. Me and my housemate are really friendly, we're both male, 26 and 27 and both work really hard and often quite long hours and like to keep the flat nice and tidy, but also like to go for a few drinks. Ideally, we'd like to avoid having someone that's just here for a few months but give us a shout and we'll see what we can sort out.
