There are two rooms available both double rooms, £612 and £601 all inlcusive of bills one room is slightly bigger than the other. The rooms are available from December. Its is a cosy three bedroom, separate toilet, spacious kitchen and reception room with a front yard and a large backyard. It is a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield station, one stop from Clapham Junction also close Wandsworth Common. Great links to Batterseas, Fulham, Chelsea, Wandsworth, Waterloo and Balham. Earlsfield is an awesome area to live.

Looking for a professional male or female 28 - 35 years who is clean, tidy and works full time. We would like someone socialble and independant. This is not a party house and prefer not to have dossers but friends are more than welcome to stay.

You will be sharing with one females, 29 year old Australian teacher. Been settled in London for quite some time, pretty chilled out and usually out and about on weekends. Generally like to keep it quiet during the week.

The rent is £612 & £601 per month and includes council tax, electricity, gas, water, sky, internet, landline (cheap overseas calls), TV license and household items.

Will need to sign a lease but you can give notice at anytime. The real estate charge admin fees approx £150, bond £720, letting fee £50.
