We have a lovely large terraced house and the 2nd floor is becoming vacant from August. We're looking to fill the space with a fun and friendly couple.
The area (converted loft) consists of a spacious double room, private bathroom and a second room which can be used as a walk-in wardrobe. There is a futon double bed in that room.
As for the rest of the house, we have an open plan kitchen/dining room, separate living room with a rather large TV and a great garden with barbecue. All the mod cons are provided.
You will be sharing the house with 3 others. We are a friendly bunch who enjoy socialising as well as good dinners in.
We're in the borough of Wandsworth which means the cheapest council tax around and easy access to all the best things SW London has to offer. We're on Strathville Road and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station which has trains into Waterloo every 3 or 4 minutes.
We understand that it is a long time away but the agents require us to find new housemates as soon as possible.
