A nice small single room in the heart of Earlsfield, within 5 minutes walking distance of Earlsfield Station main line, trains to Waterloo every 5 to 7 min. 10 min walk to Wimbledon Park underground (District line).

The room is would suit a single guy or girl looking for nice clean chilled house that can come and go as they please.

About us: We are 2 South African guys living in the house for over 2 years, very chilled and lade back during the week but like to socialize over the weekend whether is a Braai (BBQ) or going out for a big night out.

About you: Looking for a guy or girl aged between 20 to 30ish, Preferably is an Antipodean (SA, NZ, OZ) but will consider all for the room. Must be a professional (No Students) and generally laid back, easy going, social and must be willing to help do there share of the cleaning from time to time.

About the room: Its a small room but what it lacks in size it make up for in price, the room includes a single bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers also a book shelf. The room is in the front of the house so gets lots of sunshine during the day.

About the house: 3 bedrooms, large lounge where we spend most of our chill time. (xbox, movies, soundound for music) large kitchen with the usual modern cons: fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave ect… Bathroom and separate shower. Small outside garden, gets all day sun during summer so perfect for Braaing (BBQ) on those hot summer days.

Rent is 335 pound per month paid directly to landlady and bills average 75 pound paid monthly into joint bill account. (Total rent is 410 per calendar month and paid on or before the last day of the month)

Bills include: Council Tax, Gas, Electricty, TV licence, Water, Virgin Media. We have the XXL virgin media package so this includes all TV channels (excluding sky sports) home phone line, Internet is 20mb so very quick.

There is a deposit of 600 pound but this is because the deposit is split 3 ways between all house mates for the entire house and not just the room. The deposit is paid directly to myself so this makes it easy if you choose to split the deposit into 2 payments of 300 pound or 3 payments of 200 as I can understand that 600 plus your rent is a steep payment to make upfront however, if you can do it all at once that would be the ideal.
