Lovely furnished room in friendly, easy going flat. Our flat has a very homely relaxed feel.

The room has a double bed and storage facilities.
The flat has 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 of which are occupied by my flatmate and myself, who are both working proffessionals, but who also enjoy time out and socialising with friends.
The actual flat has a lovely large kitchen, which comes fully fitted with washing machine, dish washer, tumble dyer and other necessary appliances; a lovely large lounge which we love to frequent catching, watch tv or films or just relax in. It has BT vision and wireless internet. The flat also has a separate bathroom and toilet.

Transport and travel are easliy accessed and close by there is tooting broadway northern line which is a 5min bus trip away and Earlsfield train station which is a 5 min walk away. We also have the N44, 44, 270 and 77 which stop just outside.

Bills are not included in the rent but are about £80 per month.

We are looking for an easy going proffessional between 25 and 34 years old to join us in our relaxed and homely flat.
