A room in my flat has become available from the 28th of November as my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend. The three of us have been sharing for just over a year and a half.

The property consists of three double rooms and you will be sharing with two other single occupant tenants. I'm 31yr old male, and my other flatmate is a male in his late 20's. We're both easy going, social, tidy professionals who have our own busy work and social lives but have been known to hang out together from time to time. Someone interested in the same would definitely fit in well.

The room we're offering is a good size and has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have two bathrooms and showers (makes the morning rush simple). The flat is bright, well designed and is really homely. It comes with all mod cons (sky+/wifi/washer/dryer/dishwasher). The top level of the flat has been converted into a kitchen/diner/living area with access to a private roof terrace.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week for two hours and does everything in the flat - keeps the flat in good order and makes sharing a breeze for all. (Can also be hired further to do ironing if you like)

5 mins from Earlsfield Overland station which is 6 mins to Clapham Junction or Wimbledon, 15 minutes to Waterloo / Victoria. Good bus transport links outside the flat.

The area offers a wide range of nightlife, bars and restaurants. (Continually getting better too :)

Bills are shared out on an equal basis using an open book policy. I manage it all and you can check it at anytime. Makes life simple for all if one person is doing it and it doesn't bother me.

1 month deposit required on signing a standard agreement. Deposit is then placed in a Govt Bond with 7 day turnaround on withdrawal.

Rental Rate for couples is A625 pcm.

NB… After looking at this add on flatmaterooms. co. uk: the location on the maps and google streetview are wrong. The flat is on Garratt Lane. (the room you will be looking at is back facing so no worries about traffic ;)
