We're looking for:

Easy Going Couple OR Single lady
House-trained and considerate
Love a good BBQ and a few bottles of vino
Sport lovers are a must as quite a bit of sport gets watched over weekends.

Monthly costs:
Rent ALL INCLUSIVE OF BILLS A 850p/month (A425 each for couples)
Refundable Deposit: A1, 073 (A536.50 each for couples) ' payable before move in to me

Bills = (Council tax, Water & Elec, Gas, SKY, Wireless Broadband)

General Info:
Cleaner twice a month: approx A7.50 p/p every two weeks
Gardener twice a month (SUMMER MONTHS ONLY): A20p/p (every 8 weeks for a couple, every 6 weeks for single)
Lease: 12 month lease 22 December 2010 ' 23 December 2011
Once-off Referencing costs (very cheap): A37.60 per person

2 fantastic bachelors: Jonathan (English, 50 ' don't let his age put you off, he's a legend! ) and Mark (South African, 31)
