I am sadly moving out of my flat share with 3 amazing flatmates. This is a real bargain for the quality of accomodation. This is ideal location, next to Tescos, Southside Mall, Off-licenses, take-aways and a 2 min bus ride / 7 min walk to earlsfield station.

I am moving out of the downstairs double bedroom. This room is facing away from the road so there is absolutely no noise whatsoever. The room is large and currently occupies a big bouble bed, wardrobes, storage cupboard, and dressing table, and still has ample space to move around the room.

The house contains 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), 1 bathroom with a shower fitted into the bath, a lounge/TV area, a dinning area, and large kitchen area. Out the back of the house there is a back yard that is paved and ample space for lots of friends or a summer barbeque. Also no gardening required. a major bonus.

The 3 flatmates include: 1 male Austrlian photographer, 1 English male in the catering industry and a Kiwi girl in sales. They are great fun and have had many a good night in and out of the house. The house is quite often quite empty as everyone runs their own time seperately, although do get together for parties.

Ideally we are looking for a girl to move in to balance the gender in the house. A professional worker with a good personality who is willing to pull their own weight in keeping the house in order.
