We are one couple and female all employed and one of us is studying for their doctorate.

We are looking for a female to move into the third bedroom until June 2012, and possibly longer if our lease is extended on a month to month lease.

The apartment: Is three bedroom with a separate living room and semi large kitchen in an extremely safe and quiet neighbourhood. There is a massive garden in the back with a BBQ.

Bedroom is a huge room that is about the size of a studio flat. Includes dresser, a small side table, a futon bed but there is tons of space for more stuff. The room has a window which overlooks the front garden.

There is some extra storage in the basement. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

The location: is five to seven minutes walk to ealing broadway and ealing common central, district and Piccadilly line. Fast train to Paddington and heathrow from ealing broadway. 3 minutes from our local pub and five to shops

Pets: we have a black Labrador named grady who is 6 and a cat named jaca who is 12. The person must love animals and be awesome to them! No other pets can move in though without it being a zoo!

The rent: is 700.00 per month which includes rent, council tax, home insurance, tv license, gas, electric, phone, internet, and water.

Parking: on street and needs a permit
