The flat: A beautiful three bed near Ealing Broadway (central, piccadilly and overground) and Hanger lane (central line. ) We have a huge living room, large kitchen with all amenities and new bathroom with separate shower and deep bath. It's decorated in great taste as our landlord used to live here and decorated it as a home. It's fully stocked- we have pots, pans, cutlery etc, so you won't need to bring too much with you.

The block: It's a secure building with phone entry and we're on the third floor- with a lift (for the days when you have shopping bags! ) It's very quiet and we have lovely views, with large trees in the foreground and we can see all the way to the Wembley stadium in the background.

Roomates: Two friendly female professionals. They're very clean and tidy and they work quite long regular hours so they're not always around. Some nights we like to sit together in the living room and have a chat, watch a film or get some dinner, some nights we just do our own thing or keep to our own company. We're all pretty easygoing. Friends are always welcome at our flat and we do enjoy a good night out once in a while but mainly our flat is a nice relaxing place to put your feet up. I'm having to leave because of a new job abroad but I'd like to find a good replacement for my flatmates.

Ideal Flatmate :Professional in their 20s who's looking for somehwere to call home and wouldn't mind two new friends into the bargain. Tidy, friendly and considerate.
