I have a room to rent in Kimblesworth, this is near Durham and chester-le-street. The flat is large and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and seperate kitchen and living room. The room available for rent is a double room with plenty of space. There is a double bed, cupboard, desk and book case. It is painted white but anyone can change this to suit them! there is a bus stop on the next street, 10 minute drive to Durham and 5 mins to chester-le-street station.

I am a teacher in Sunderland and I enjoy sports, going to the gym, walking, reading and nights out and in with a good bottle of wine! I am looking for someone who wants a flat to relax in after work and enjoys laugh and fun weekends.
