The room available is my own room, which is on the top floor and I am no longer in need of as I am moving but still have available until the end of June 2012. The flat is very central and is 2minutes from Tesco and other city centre shops, walking distance to the train station. The ideal tenant will be friendly and happy to live with a group of considerate students. I am looking to rent the flat ASAP so I can move to London.
