I have 2 rooms available at my very spacious cottage with rural views and ideal location[only 5 mins from junction 63 off a1.1 room is large furnished room on 2nd floor, next to main bathroom and my own room. the other is a very large part furnished loft space on 3rd floor. the house itself has new bathroom fitted and large open plan living room with long kitchen and spacious conservatory overlooking private garden. off street parking round back of cottage available. only 7 cottages here so very peaceful. I work 6 days a wk and am mostly around on sundays or local. I'm looking for proffesional mature person. if interested then please contact me, thank you. I also have a cat who is very well behaved.
