Hi there my flat mate is moving out of our two bedroom flat at the start of feb so her room is up for grabs, the rent will be £200 per month ( plus a month's rent payable in advance), and your share of the bills will be around £125 that's including c tax, gas, electricity, tv licence, broadband/ phone (personal phone calls extra) as we use our contract mobiles

the flat is 2nd floor gas ch gas cooker, fairly large bath/shower room, lounge/kitchen and also shared garden access, comes fully furnished and the room itself is a good size more suited to a female, house has laminated flooring throughout and pretty modern

about me, I am a 30 yr old care worker who works nights at the moment, easy going looking for a flat mate who is pretty chilled, I enjoy cinema, music, shopping etc but up for a drink every now and again (no mad party animals) flat is non smoking within but smoking outside stairway is permitted. female pref and have to be fairly tidy as it's only fair when sharing you both keep it clean, 25-40 age group pref, students ok, but no dss or pet's SORRY!
