Hey,

I've found an amazing 2 bedroom flat, and the landlord is giving me a few days to find a flatmate before he puts it up for advertisement. It's a penthouse, with an extremely nice landlord. It's genuinely one of the nicest flats I've ever seen, so I'm searching for a flatmate!

The flat is located next to the co-op on Brook Street, so campus is at most a 5 minute walk away. There's a parking space (I don't have a car) and as it's the penthouse it's pretty secluded in terms of hearing noise from other flats.

I've just entered my 3rd year of Civil Engineering at Dundee, from Glasgow - I'm a relaxed guy, normally head out to the Union/Mono 1/2 times a week. While I'm not into sports much, I'm a gym regular and captaining the University Skydiving club for the next year, if that means anything about my personality!

Looking for a like minded roommate, the lease is a minimum 12 month contract so would need someone available to stay till at least October 2013.
