Large, sunny double bedroom available in a huge, bright, comfortable Edwardian first floor flat. Large wardrobe, storage shelves, wall mounted workstation, and massive windows which look out over the garden, Dulwich Sports Club fields and Arches Road.

The flat has a large, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, electric oven, gas hobs, multiple worksurfaces, and loads of storage. Bathroom with power shower in bath, seperate W/C. Massive, bright lounge overlooking a leafy street with a huge comfortable sofa and chair, and a big TV! The flat has a large amount of storage space, including access to the loft.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from the heart of Dulwich village, and 10 minutes walk to Herne Hill, both have excellent pubs and restaurants. Also very close to the gorgeous Brockwell Park (10 minutes walk) and Dulwich Park (also 10 minutes).

In terms of transportation, it's a 10 minute walk to Herne Hill station for trains to London Victoria and Thameslink stations, and a 10 minute walk to North Dulwich station for trains to London Bridge. For the tube it's a 10 minute bus ride to Brixton and the Victoria Line. The Number 3 bus stops right at the end of the road, regular as clockwork, 24 hours a day. It normally takes about 20 minutes to bus it back to the flat from Trafalgar Square or Oxford Circus. If you have a bike, it is also possible to cycle to Waterloo and the South Bank in about 25 minutes.

There are several supermarkets nearby, including the large East Dulwich Sainsburys.

The street is quiet and friendly, with a family feel, and my neighbours in the flat downstairs are nice, friendly people, who are often up for a beer in the village after work.

There is free on street parking, and also a single off-street parking space for the entire house which operates on a first come first served basis.

There is also storage for bicycles in the main entrance hall - it's secure - we have never had problems.

You will be sharing with one other person - me - and I am not the landlord. I'm male, and am a busy computer security professional and am also studying A Level Spanish in my spare time. I'm pretty friendly and sociable, usually up for a beer in Herne Hill after work, or a gig at Brixton Academy. In terms of interests, I'm massively into music, movies, literature, art, outdoorsy stuff, cycling, pubs and good food, London and Spain (I have family who live in Andalus).

The flat is non-smoking, but pets are allowed - probably best for house cats, as there is no access to the garden at the back.

Council tax + utilities comes to about £150pcm. Utilities includes TV license, wireless broadband, and telephone with free international weekend calls.

Please note that the room currently does not contain a bed. If you don't have one of your own, I can provide a double or king size bed frame, and you would have to provide your own matress.
