The flat is on the 3rd floor, is airy and light, has seperate bathroom and toilet, a balcony overlooking nice greenery and a good sized lounge and kitchen. It's a 3-bed flat, with the third room used a study/spare room. We're also just finishing re-decoration, with new carpets, so the flat is a lovely clean and fresh place to live. The flat is 2 min walk (max) from West Dulwich train station - with links to Victoria (11mins) and Kings Cross. The buses outside go direct to Oxford Circus (via Westminster), Brixton, Herne Hill etc. Tulse Hill is also a short walk away, with links into London Bridge. There's a Tesco and some lovely local shops (incl. great bakery! ) just 3 mins walk away, Dulwich village and parks are close and the flat is situated in well kept communual grounds.

We're a relaxed professional couple in our early 30s, who are looking for an easy-going and considerate person who wants to live in a tidy and friendly flat.

The rent is £600 pcm (would be slightly more for a couple) and includes all bills (incl. broadband and Virgin TV) and although we've put the end of June as the move-in date, we could be flexible on this.
