Hey, I have a double room available from 1st april 2011 for £80/week or £350/month. The house is 7 min walk to the train station and 15 min walk to the town centre. We are a very friendly household of 2 females. Ideally looking for another female but not too fussy as long as you're friendly and tidy. The room is part-furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blinds and fan light. If not required, these can be removed. We have 1 bathroom which is booked in for a refurb and should start soon hopefully! Small kitchen, 2 living areas, street parking and a large garden. We are both smokers so we'd like someone who doesn't mind that. Also must get on with animals as we have 2 friendly cats and a very bubbly and friendly labrador. But we don't need any more animals please! The rent includes all bills and only require small deposit of £50. We are clean and tidy people looking for a person with a similar outlook. The house has all rooms with central heating and double glazing and there is also attic space available. Broadband, sky+ and phone line also included. Hope to hear from you soon!
