We have a room available in a houseshare in Okewoodhill, which is on the Surrey/Sussex border. The room is in a farmhouse, where we already have dogs, so no pets please!
The nearest train station is about 4 miles away, so you need to have a car to live here. It is a beautiful area for cycling, walking, and we keep our horses here.
The rent is inclusive of electric, gas, tv, freeview, broadband, water and council tax. There is ample parking and storage space, as we rent several outbuildings on the farm too. The house is fully furnished, and we share the use of all facilities. The bathroom you would use is shared only with 1 other.
