Gas central heating, all double glazed, also a gas fire for toasty evenings.

Spare room is furnished with fitted wardrobe, plenty of storage. Looks out on to farmers fields so beautiful. Bathroom is very spacious with bath and shower. Garden is sun trap in summer with decking area. Big shed too. Happy for you to pop round and have a look. Bills all in £300 a month. I am looking for a professional person who is friendly and tidy to share the house. Someone sociable who enjoys life would be great.
