Rent is inclusive of all bills. Bond is £500
House has two fridges in kitchen, plus separate freezer, and a beer fridge in the lounge. Usually we all cook separately.
Other housemates are a kiwi female, kiwi / oz couple and Aussie male aged 28 -37, mostly professional.
Lease ends 9th December so the room is available from 10th September until December 9th, although the lease can be extended if people want to take on the lease.
