We have recently had a double garage extension which included a new bedroom with en suite, an extended kitchen and a 2nd lounge.
The room has now been finished and comes with a double wardrobe with mirror's, x2 chest of drawers, 19" wall mounted freeview tv, en suite with shower/toilet/sink. It comes with a 3 quarter bed and wooden flooring. There is also a broadband connection via my sky broadband wireless. I do have sky tv but you can only watch what watch but if there is any football on then I am sure I will be watching it.
The property is finished to a very high standard and has off road parking available for 3 cars.
There is a garden with a decking area and a patio/conservatory.
The tenant will have access to the room/en suite, kitchen, 2nd lounge, garden, decking area and patio.
There is also a small gym which includes a stack of dumb bells, Multi-gym and t. v. which the new tenant has use of. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer next to your room which you are free to use.
This is a 5 bedroom house with the other 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
The house is a family of 4 with 2 children aged 5 and 8 and a small friendly dog (yorkie).
The house is detached and quite big so the outlay of the rooms gives you benefit of privacy as you will be in the new extension away from the main lounge, study, dining room, downstairs toilet and other bedrooms.
The room is new and all the furniture/fixings are new.
Obviously with 2 children in our house all the regular checks will be made.
We would prefer a minimum of 3 months but if all you need is 2 month's then I'm sure that will be fine.
The house is in prime location for local shops and the train station is within walking distance.

If you are looking for Mon-Fri we would be willing to reduce the £600 accordingly.
