Hello!

My name is Hannah and I have recently moved to derby through starting a graduate scheme at Marriott breadsall priory hotel.

I have a large double bedroom available to rent for £370 per month all bills included which include:
Water
Electric
Sky (Internet, phone and television)
Council tax
Gas

It is in a lovely and quiet cull de sac called st swithins close which is next to a park and a local shop. I am only 10 mins (or £4 taxi) to town which is great for nights, shops etc. The apartment is also a 5 minute walk from royal derby hospital.

I am looking for a female flat mate who is aged between 23-30 and in full time work. I enjoy relaxing (when I'm not working ridiculous shifts! ) so I would like someone who enjoys a drink or two and who works and plays hard!

P. s I have two little kittens who are harmless and love attention so must be cat friendly!
