Hi,
My name is Farheen and I am looking for an easy going and friendly flat mate. I am a 20 year old student studying at the University of Derby. I would prefer a female student but I wouldn't mind an easy going professional. I would prefer some one between the age group 18-25 years!

I live in a 2 bedroom flat on Bramble Street in the City Centre. I have a spare room to share! I am looking for a girl to share the flat with me! Its a massive fully furnished double bedroom ( Iwould say triple room, because its seriously MASSIVE! ) with a massive kitchen (so huge that you can have dinning table along with some sofas in it). The flat comes with central heating, virgin media internet connection, washing machine, cooker, oven and all possible modern amenities.

The rent of one room is £185 excluding bills. We get water, electricity and internet bills which come to maximum per person £40 a month. (Our bills come to £30/month/pp, i. e. £10 each for water electricity and gas. I just put £40 maximum, but our bills have never come to £40)

There couldnt be a better deal than having a massive room in the heart of the city centre for just £225/month + a really good, clean, easy going and fun loving Indian girl to share the flat with ;)
