Hello! I'm looking for someone to come fill a room in my lovely flat in Deptford. It's really near to Laban dance college (3 minutes), Deptford High st (4 minutes) and right by a bus stop that goes directly to Shoreditch/Lewisham way. Also the DLR is a 6 minute walk.
I am 26, female, professional and lived in the area for a while. There's loads going on around here for creative types and some good local pubs and shops. I am really looking for someone that's professional, between 23-35 and no party party people. I love going out but I like a fairly peaceful home (most of the time). I could make allowances for students for the right person. But i'd like to share the council tax! Rent is £462/month and council tax is £50 each, plus i'd allow maybe up to £50ish/month for bills. I have 30mg Broadband too.

The room is great, gets loads of sunshine, unfurnished (but I have a spare mattress if needed to get you going) really good size. We have a big lounge with a sofa-bed, and nice big table. The kitchen is small but well equipped, it's a gas burner. The block of flats is lovely, really nice community and never any trouble at all, it's probably the safest estate in London as you'll see. We're at the end of the building so have our own little balcony too.

It is a real home for me, so I'm looking for someone to share that with me.

No pets, no benefits, smokers are ok (unofficially). It's through an estate agent so it's one months rent upfront plus 6 weeks rent as a deposit, you'll have to pass references etc.
