I've 2 large double rooms for rent in a large 3 bed flat in a quiet part of Dennistoun. The flat is located on the 1st floor, and benefits from double glazing, GCH, large kitchen/diner with all of the usual stuff and a dishwasher, washer/dryer. 2 bathrooms. large corner livingroom.
You'd be sharing with a 31 year old male. I'm a teacher so I'm out at work during the day. It's not really a party flat but like a laugh and havung friends over for dinner and a drink sometimes at the weekend. Oh, i've got a friendly cat who's rather addicted to me so she'd not be too much bother.
I'd prefer to share with professionals around my own age and it's a non-smoking flat. There's broadband and virgin TV too. Initially i'd like for us to share the cleaning but if we all get lazy of prefer we could look into a cleaner.
There is a bus stop one min away and a train station 5 mins or if your a walker is 20mins into town. Everyone seems to be obsessed with the West End (including me until last year) but its lovely here and there's free onstreet parking too, so no permit required.

The rent is A350 per month all in, plus a share of the council tax. Move in date is flex… II offering a 6mnth lease and we can do longer if happy at the end of that. Anyway get in touch if you'd like to know anymore :)
