The house is a 3 bed roomed end terrace property located in St Richards Road, Deal, Kent. Myself (f 23) and my partner (m 23) own the property. It has flexible (non permit, resident only) parking outside with front and back gardens. The house has family bathroom, downstairs WC, kitchen/diner, dishwasher & washing machine and large living room. The rent would include access to all communal rooms, sky TV package inc sport, broadband internet access, and bills.

The room is fully furnished with desk, shelves, wardrobe, double bed, and side table but we can be flexible about what furniture is included if needed. We also have a cat (its not allowed in bedrooms). Tenants who wish to have pets much first discuss with us. We are both easy going, independent people who enjoy a range of activities and sports, as well as time to unwind. We are looking for either individuals or couples (extras apply - please contact) who would fit in with this lifestyle.
