Lovely bright single room in North Deal. l am looking for a tidy, clean, sociable, employed non-smoking tenant for a lovely large and bright single room o/looking the garden of my detached house in north Deal. V. close to the sea and town amenities. I have one other long-term tenant who is here just 3 days/wk. You would be sharing a bathroom with him plus any visitors to the house. You must like cats as there are 3 and they are in charge! We'd like someone who does not take themselves too seriously and is relatively easygoing. I'm happy to consider shorter term lets, but I do not rent out by the week. There is WiFi broadband and all utility bills are inclusive. I work from home so am around most of the time.
