I have a double room available supplied with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is a bathrom with a bath and shower. The lounge is a good size, with a balcony and the kitchen is a nice size too. You will have your own fridge/freezer for your use. I have a washing machine but no dishwasher. There is some off road parking available. I am 5 minutes away from the town centre and 10-15 minutes walk from Dartford station which will take you to Charing Cross, Cannon Street or Victoria, in 35 minutes and from there you can pick up the majority of the tubes. The rent is £450 exclusive of food bills. I would prefer 1 person but if the right couple came along I would consider it. If this was the case then the rent would be £600. Me and my boyfriend are a friendly easy going people that likes a good natter and meal in front of a film but do understand that everyone needs there own space and privacy. This is a great place as we are tucked away from the hussle and bussle of roads and annoyance but if you like a good night out, there are a selection if pubs and clubs just down the road. We do have two young cats that are very friendly who spend most of there time with us. We would prefer a non smoker but if you are the occasional smoker you can use the balcony in the front room - no smoking is allowed in the flat.
