Hi there, we have a lovely and comfortably furnished double room to rent, sharing with myself and my husband with our 3 year old son, in a spacious and airy 4 bed semi detached house in a nice area of Darford, about 5 minutes walk from North West Kent College, and Wilmington Grammar School, close to all amenities, including park and woodlands, a golf course and spa. We are very easy going and friendly and enjoy good food, travelling and having family time together. You will have your own private bedroom and private lounge with own TV and internet connection. Ample parking on private driveway with a beautiful big garden. You will also be able to use our gym. 5 mins drive/bus ride to town centre and Dartford Train station (all within walking distance) with frequent direct trains into London (40mins train journey) 10 mins bus ride/drive to Bluewater shopping centre, one of Europe's largest shopping destinations. We are looking for an overseas student or professional who is tidy and easy going and who can preferably speak Chinese or Vietnamese and share an understanding of our culture, but don't worry if you don't.
